1. Overview
DispatchNotice ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at dispatchnotice.com and the associated mail delivery infrastructure. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
We do not operate a public-facing user registration system. The service is used internally for sending transactional notifications. We do not collect personal data from website visitors beyond standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent string) that are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
3. Use of Information
Server log data is used solely to monitor service availability, diagnose technical issues, and detect abuse. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. No analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party content is loaded.
5. Email Data
The mail relay infrastructure processes transactional messages on behalf of authorized internal systems. Message content is not stored after delivery. Metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp) may be retained in system logs for up to 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
The website is hosted on a Hetzner Cloud server located in Germany (FSN1 datacenter). DNS is managed via Namecheap. We do not use any third-party analytics, CDN, or advertising networks.
7. Data Retention
Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. No other personal data is collected or retained.
8. Your Rights
If you have any questions about data we may hold related to you, please contact us at info@dispatchnotice.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
